This paper analyses SetTimer(), GetTickCount() and timeGettime()'s timing precisions and erroneous fluctuation scopes which are under Windows environment, proposes one kind of timing error revise method for GetTickCount() and timeGettime(), enables it to satisfy the requirement for the high precise timing which bases on the PC open CNC.
