This paper presents the magnetic field analysis of a three-phase permanent-magnet motor performed through the finite element method. The machine used has nonsinusoidal flux and no conventional load torque. Its main application is in hermetic compressor household refrigeration systems.
This paper presents comparisons between three-phase permanent-magnet motor with ferrite magnets on rotor and other with NdFeB (bonded). Related to this replacement, the advantages and disadvantages are quoted. The analysis of magnetic field is made through the finite element method. The used machine has nonsinusoidal flux. Its application main is in hermetic compressor household refrigeration systems...
In this paper, the structure design characteristics of high speed permanent magnetic (HSPM) machine are analyzed. A comparative study about the influence of different stator structures on machine performance for a same PM rotor is carried out based on the magnetic field analysis using the finite element method (FEM). Further more, the stator teeth notching effect is discussed on the iron loss of stator,...
In this paper, the principle of bearingless switched reluctance motor (BSRM) is introduced. Flux distributions and radial force of BSRM are analyzed based on finite element method (FEM). The relation curves about the radial force and the rotor position, the radial force and the current are received. It is shown that these relationships are influenced by the magnetic saturation. And the effective area...
The theory of post-assembly magnetization is discussed, on the basis of which the model is built and the magnetic field analysis is done by FEM (finite element method). Test of prototype motors prove that brushless DC motors of post-assembly magnetization and component magnetization share the similar flux density on the surface of the rotor.
