This paper deals with process of electropolymerization process as one of many methods possibly used for thin film sensor layer creation. Experiments with electropolymerization were carried out with vinylcarbazole solution. Problems of thin film polymer layer creation on interdigital structure, using electropolymerization process, are discussed and research results are presented.
