The hypotheses in this paper are organizational politics is negatively related to in-role performance, and organizational justice moderates the relationship. Through the empirical data analysis, we found that procedural justice, leadership justice and informational justice have the moderating effects, but distributive justice has no such effect. The reasons are discussed.
