In this paper, an adaptive method for frequency domain identification problem of discrete LTI systems is proposed. This method depends on the dictionary which is consisted of the ‘rational wavelets’. The results are automatically guaranteed to be stable. It is an adaptive method as the selected sequences are different for different original systems. An example is given to illustrate the proposed idea.
