This work presents development of a prototype for the automatic engraving machine. The proposed system controlled using computer, by setting drawing for engrave. Constructed prototype consists of XYZ coordinates table (working area), where XY for position in the engraving area and Z axis for establish little driller. Arduino board has been chosen as a controller. Movements of the machine are generated...
Simulation software is a fundamental tool that should be used when designing systems dealing with electro-thermal interaction, for instance. Nevertheless, there exist some inconveniences that limit and make specific software hard to use in this task. On one side, it may require a large processing hardware capacity, and on the other, simulation time increases substantially if the model complexity and...
In the paper the usage of equivalent circuits obtained from finite-element models to make a library of mechanical components is suggested. The experiments for a task with a complex geometry are conducted and the possibility of constructing an object model from its components is shown. The results of ANSYS calculations as well as ones obtained with the NetALLTED circuit design software are given.
This paper considers an alternative strategy to speed up the circuit simulation. This strategy considers characteristics of simulator users' behaviors and involves two techniques, the incremental simulation and simulation-on-demand (SOD). These techniques are implemented in an "Interactive Simulation Environment" to dramatically accelerate the simulation speed in most practical cases. Also,...
In this paper a new simulation technique is proposed for interconnect structures. It is possible in this technique to take into account the impact of interconnects in early stages of high level design with no need of layout information. For any given digital or mixed mode circuit in the above mentioned technique, one first determines a pre-defined interconnect model with high accuracy and flexibility,...
Applying co-simulation technology is a very important trend in power electronics simulation, which can make full use of the merits of different software to improve the efficiency of building up a system. In this paper, a simulation platform for three-level adjustable speed drive (ASD) based on co-simulation of PSIM and SIMULINK is presented, which includes the interface between PSIM and SIMULINK,...
