One system of data fusion for monitoring crop yield based on RS and GIS is developed. This system essentially plays two roles: implementing the information from RS and GIS associated with crop yield modeling, and increasing precision of crop yield modeling by the information representing physical and logical fusion objects subject to the crop yield monitoring.
