In article number 1700918, Jungwook Choi, Jongbaeg Kim, and co‐workers, develop a flexible/stretchable, fully transparent, and highly sensitive photodetector based on heterogeneously integrated porphyrin–single‐walled carbon nanotube (SWNT)–graphene. The all‐carbon optoelectronic device is constructed from monolayer graphene electrodes, and uniformly dispersed SWNT networks as semiconducting channels. This photodetector is capable of stably sensing light even under conditions of severe deformation, demonstrated by using it as a wearable sunlight sensor.
