According to the measurement, the luminescence of the micro‐LED has great divergence. The luminous intensity is uniform when less than 45 degrees, but there is still strong intensity at more than 60 degrees. The large scattering angle makes the light easily crosstalk with the adjacent luminous units, which affects the display effect and reduces the efficiency. In this paper, a variety of surface microstructures are introduced, and the corresponding micro‐lens is designed according to the luminescence characteristics of the micro‐LED. The internal total reflection is suppressed by adjusting the optical system, and the light is collimated. The luminous efficiency of the micro‐LED can improve more than 15% and the divergence angle is reduced, which is helpful to improve the display effect of the micro‐LED. And it is also beneficial to the application of backlight and optical communication.
