The cover picture shows the typical interconnected macropore structure of polymer monolithic stationary phases and the separation power is highlighted by means of a state‐of‐the‐art peptide gradient separation. The ability to control the external porosity and to tune the dimensions of the macropore size on multiple length scales provides the possibility of tailoring the monolithic support structure towards separation performance. To realize unparalleled separation performance, highly ordered monolithic support structures with high external porosity need to be created, featuring globule sizes and macropore diameters in the 100–500 nm range. Realizing excellent structure homogeneity is a key aspect.
