Das Hauptziel dieser Studie war es, die Prävalenz und die Entwicklungder Mutterschaftskonstellation bei schwangeren Frauen zu erforschen. DieTeilnehmer der Studie waren 162 schwangere Frauen, die in drei Untergruppenunterteilt wurden, entsprechend ihrer Schwangerschaftswoche (<6 Monate, 6‐7Monate, >7 Monate). Die Frauen wurden mithilfe des FrühstückInterviews, einer mikro‐analytischen Methode bewertet, die von Stern (1995,2004a) entwickelt wurde. Zwei Untersucher kodierten die Protokolle derInterviews zur Bestimmung der Themen der Mutterschaftskonstellation mithilfeeiner Drei‐Ebenen‐Bewertungsskala. Die Ergebnisse zeigten, dass das ThemaLeben/Wachstum das häufigste Thema während der Schwangerschaft ist,was durch die Hypothese von einer “Spitze” der Mutterschaftskonstellationdieser Themen rund um den 6. – 7. Monat unterstützt wird.
