The cover picture shows the application of functionalized nylon capillary‐channeled polymer (C‐CP) fibers for the selective capture of phosphopeptides in complex protein digest samples. The modification process takes advantage of the oxidative polymerization of dopamine, forming a uniform polydopamine coating on the fiber surface. The binding of Fe3+ ions is robust and can be used for phosphopeptide enrichment. The functionalized fibers packed in a column format can be mounted onto an HPLC system for the isolation of phosphopeptides, which can either be captured for offline analysis using MALDI or coupled foronline ESI‐MS analysis.
