The Cover Feature demonstrates the influence of a Lewis basic appendant on the reactivity of the iron carbonyl dianion. The top right panel shows the conceptual evolution of the structure explored in this paper by incorporation of an amino group to the well‐known [Fe(CO)4]2− dianion. The whirlpool in the middle indicates the strong reducing power of the featured complex, which can give up to four electrons during the reactions. The substrates (tin halides and silicon halides) can “feel” the power of this complex and then transform into novel products, with one such product shown on the top left. Here, a paramagnetic stannylene complex forms via chelate‐assisted oxidative addition of an Sn−Ph bond, featuring an amino−SnPh2 interaction.
