This chapter presents case studies for epilepsy, dementia, eating and drinking, sleep, women's issues, sexual disorders, ASD, ADHD, aggression, self‐injurious behaviours, anxiety, depression, bipolar, schizophrenia, alcohol, and personality disorder. These case studies suggest the diagnostic possibilities and management of all these disabilities. In the case of dementia, the chapter highlights that it is important to rule out conditions that mimic dementia before a diagnosis of dementia is made as many conditions cause reversible cognitive impairment and if identified correctly can be treated. For associated metabolic aberrations related to PCOS, appropriate treatment with antidiabetic medication, for example, metformin and statins, can be considered for high blood glucose and cholesterol. Anxiety management and use of strategies such as swings and trampolines may be of significant benefit for anxiety reduction. For personality disorders, assessing compliance with treatment is important.
