Wir haben eine skalierbare Plattform entwickelt, bei der die Elektrolyse für eine synthetische Enzymkaskade in einem Durchflussreaktor eingesetzt wird. Sowohl H2 als auch O2 wurden durch Elektrolyse hergestellt und über eine gasdurchlässige Membran in das Durchflusssystem überführt. Die Membran ermöglichte die Trennung des Elektrolyten von den Biokatalysatoren im Durchflusssystem, wobei H2 und O2 als Elektronenvermittler für die Biokatalysatoren dienten. Darüber hinaus demonstrierten wir die Herstellung methylierter N‐Heterozyklen aus Diaminen mit bis zu einer 99 % Produktbildung sowie einer ausgezeichneten regioselektiven Markierung mit stabilen Isotopen. Diese entwickelte Plattform kann für ein breites Spektrum von Oxidoreduktasen eingesetzt werden, um elektrische Energie für die Synthese von Feinchemikalien zu nutzen.
