Results are presented from commercial trials of three rolling oils – Gerolub 3022, Gerolub CTS 87-1 (three modifications), and Gerolub 6528 – that were performed during the period 2001–2014. The test results show that the best rolling oils are Gerolub CTS 87-1 (with an average stability index ESI = 0.67) and Gerolub 6528. Use of these rolling oils makes it possible to increase rolling speed while keeping the quality of the product’s surface high and reducing the energy-force parameters of the rolling operation compared to the parameters obtained previously with rolling oils Quakerol 683 and Quakerol NLM 4.0. Gerolub CTS 87-1 was used on the 2030 mill at the combine from January 2006 to January 2012, while Gerolub 6528 has been used since October 2013.
