Transportation is one of the most important factors in human life. Especially in big cities where there are more people, transportation problems are frequently experienced due to a large number of vehicles, which affects human life both materially and spiritually. Antalya, one of the most important centers of tourism, is one of the places where population growth is very high and transportation problems are common. In this study, Sampi intersection which has special properties in the district of Muratpaşa, where traffic problems are frequently experienced, has been examined. The camera records were made at the three intersection points, and data were collected two times for each day over five working days. Then, obtained data were analyzed by means of PTV Vissim microscale traffic simulation program. As a result of the analysis, Sampi intersection performance has been investigated in terms of its characteristics such as latency, service class, saturation degree, and tail length. The traffic problems that emerged at the end of the study were interpreted, and suggestions were made for the problems to be experienced less.
