Muskelschmerzen (Myalgien) sind häufige Beschwerden im klinischen Alltag, insbesondere in der allgemeinmedizinischen und rheumatologischen Praxis bzw. Ambulanz. Während Myalgien oft eher harmloser Natur und temporär sind, gibt es wichtige und rasch behandlungsbedürftige Erkrankungen, die sich mit Myalgien präsentieren.
