Peter Senge is a senior lecturer at the MIT Sloan School of Management and founder of the Society for Organizational Learning, a global network of organizations, researchers, and consultants dedicated to the “interdependent development of people and their institutions”. His book “The Fifth Discipline” (1990), considered to be one of the most important books on Change Management, was recognized by the Harvard Business Review as one of the seminal management books of the previous 75 years in 1997 and by the Financial Times as one of five “most important” management books.
