Der Einfluss von Kontrollüberzeugung, wahrgenommenen Laufbahn-Hindernissen, negativem Affekt und Hoffnungslosigkeit auf die Selbstwirksamkeitserwartung in Bezug auf Laufbahnentscheidungen bei Türkischen Studentinnen und Studenten Untersucht wurden Variablen, welche die Selbstwirksamkeitserwartung in Bezug auf Laufbahnentscheidungen von 729 Türkischen Bachelor-Studierenden verschiedener Departemente einer städtischen Universität im letzten Jahr ihres Studiums beeinflussen. Bestimmt wurde dies anhand von Strukturgleichungsmodellen. Die Resultate zeigen, dass die wahrgenommenen Laufbahn-Hindernisse einen direkten und signifikanten Einfluss auf die Selbstwirksamkeitserwartung in Bezug auf Laufbahnentscheidungen hatten. Die Beziehung zwischen wahrgenommenen Laufbahn-Hindernissen und der Selbstwirksamkeitserwartung wurde partiell und signifikant über Hoffnungslosigkeit vermittelt, während die Beziehung zwischen Kontrollüberzeugung und Selbstwirksamkeitserwartung vollständig und signifikant über Hoffnungslosigkeit vermittelt wurde.
