Résumé
La prise en charge des cancers du poumon a été bouleversée ces dernières années sur de nombreux plans. L’identification d’anomalies moléculaires ciblables sur le plan thérapeutique, l’émergence de l’immunothérapie, le développement des thérapies ciblées et des agents antiangiogéniques (AA) en sont les principales illustrations. Cette revue recense en premier lieu la place des AA dans le traitement des cancers bronchiques non à petites cellules puis à petites cellules.
