Schlussfolgerung und Ergebnis
Unter derartigen Knappheitsbedingungen können notwendigerweise nicht alle Leistungen erbracht werden, die für Krebspatienten wünschenswert sind. Ziel ist es herauszuarbeiten, dass durch eine Priorisierung das Prinzip der Menschenwürde und damit verbundene Grundrechten gewahrt bleiben, während eine Rationierung für lebensbedrohliche Krankheiten diesem Prinzip widerspricht. Wie eine derartige Priorisierung gelingen kann, ist v. a. eine ordnungsethische Aufgabe.
