Ziel
Ziel dieser Arbeit ist die Zusammenfassung der Arrhythmiewahrnehmung, Detektion, Diskriminierung und Episodenklassifizierung bei ICDs der Fa. Boston-Scientific.
Methoden
Moderne Aggregate beinhalten multiple Programmieroptionen, diagnostische Funktionen, Therapieoptionen, Speicherfunktionen und Funktionen zur aggregatbezogenen Historie. Die Aggregatfunktion beinhaltet logische Schritte von der Wahrnehmung, Detektion, Diskrimierung, Therapieabgabe bis zur Speicherung der Historie. Das Programmiergerät ist so konzipiert, dass es die Anwendung von Gerätealgorithmen zur individuellen Patientenprogrammierung erleichtert. Eigenschaften und Funktionen, die in diesem Manuskript beschrieben sind, stellen eine durch die Autoren getroffene Auswahl aus den von Boston-Scientific öffentlich zugänglichen Produktinformationen dar.
Schlussfolgerung
Die Programmierung von ICDs kann Einfluss auf den Therapieerfolg für den Patienten nehmen. Eine individuelle und patientenbezogene Programmierung erfordert das Verständnis von Aggregatfunktionen und Konzepten.
