Zusamenfassung
Das Mammakarzinom ist bei Frauen unter 35 Jahren die häufigste Krebserkrankung und macht ca. ein Drittel aller Malignome aus (⊡ Abb. 20.1), nach Berry et al. 1999. Das Mammakarzinom ist eine der häufigsten Krebserkrankungen während einer Schwangerschaft, wenn nicht gar die häufigste mit einer Inzidenz von ca. 1: 3000. Ca. 2–3% aller Mammakarzinome werden während einer Schwangerschaft diagnostiziert. Da das Alter der Gebärenden steigt, wird in der Zukunft das Mammakarzinom in der Schwangerschaft noch häufiger werden.
