A high temperature superconductor can levitate a magnet without control [1]-[5]. When it is used to a bearing, an extremely high-speed rotation is possible which cannot be realized in mechanical bearings because of existence of oil whirl. In addition, there is no friction in the superconducting bearing and so, it is used in an energy storage flywheel system [6]. In the system, however, large vibrations are generated due to the centrifugal force of the flywheel, so that a five-axes active magnetic bearing is used for controlling vibrations[6]. The active bearing is complicated. Moreover, it expends large energies.
