As the weakness of NRS (Neuronal Response Signals) and complexity of the acquisition instruments, this kind of signal is susceptible to noise that is difficult to be denoised, as a result, it required a very strict condition for such experiment. The paper proposed some efficient improved methods based on those problems existing during the experiment. In addition, based on some practical experience of related electrophysiological experiments, a simple and effective anti-interference system is designed and implemented in the processes of establishing platform for neural electrophysiological experiments and. The anti-interference system is composed of shielding system and grounding system. In the grounding system, we designed a pluggable GCP (Grounding Connection Plate) which was used to connect with the grounding body and the grounding wire of experiment instruments and studied the optimum grounding ways of experiment instruments, which have had a very good result to experiment. After it is applied in the experiment, the signal-to-noise ratio of NRS is enhanced obviously.
