An einem Sonntag erscheinen gegen 13:00 Uhr eine 13-Jährige in Begleitung ihrer Mutter in der Ambulanz. Die Mutter berichtet, ihre Tochter habe anlässlich einer Geburtstagsfeier am Samstag bei der Freundin ihrer älteren Schwester übernachtet. Nach dem Bericht der Tochter habe sie dort vor dem Fernseher nur Mineralwasser getrunken, könne sich aber nur an die Zeit bis gegen 01:00 Uhr erinnern. Am Sonntag sei sie gegen 10:00 Uhr mit Kopfschmerzen auf einer Couch aufgewacht, wisse aber nicht, wie sie dort hingekommen sei. Sie habe bemerkt, dass ihre Kleidung einschließlich Unterwäsche nicht richtig saß und dass sie Schmerzen zwischen den Beinen hatte. Die 13-Jährige bestätigt die Angaben der Mutter. Bei der gynäkologischen Untersuchung zeigt sich eine einzelne kleine gering umblutete Einkerbung des Hymenalsaumes, auch fallen diskrete Sekretantragungen auf. Neben Abstrichen von vaginal und anal wird eine Blutprobe entnommen, einerseits zum Nachweis von GHB (K.-o-Tropfen), andererseits zum Ausschluss einer vorbestehenden sexuell übertragbaren Erkrankung. Die Schamhaare werden ausgekämmt, dabei bleibt ein Haar im Kamm hängen. Die weitere körperliche Untersuchung lässt lediglich an einem Oberarm im mittleren Drittel außenseitig ein ca. 1,5 cm durchmessendes blau-livides Hämatom erkennen. Zusätzlich werden Teile der Kleidung für die Spurensicherung asserviert. Die untersuchende Ärztin rät Mutter und Tochter, die Polizei zu informieren.
