Wegen Dislokation bzw.
The primary success rate in eliminating the aneurysm was 97.9% (82 of 84). A primary conversion was performed in two patients due to dislocation or device defect (2.1%). The most frequent complications during follow-up included occlusion of the femoral neck, endoleak, and pelvic claudication. Despite these complications, endovascular treatment is a reliable method to eradicate aneurysms in the aortoiliac segment when the indication is critically appraised and the procedure performed with care.
