The first design, realisation and measurement of a KTa1-xNbxO3 thin films-based tunable microwave filter is presented. This two-pole filter associates a hairpin structure with KTa1-xNbxO3 interdigital capacitors. An agility of more than 9% was measured in the 2.5-3.0 GHz frequency band for this rather low bandpass filter.
