The study focuses on construction the important indicators of digital literacy competences and hierarchy of learning. A fusion fuzzy Delphi questionnaire is proposed to solve the drawback of traditional Delphi Method. The expert opinions and the repeating time for survey could be decreased. Therefore the time and capital could be reduced.
The purpose of this study is to construct the important indicators of digital literacy competences for senior high school students. After round of Fuzzy Delphi Method with these participants, the competences were established. Six dimensions and twenty one sub-Dimensions, and 128 competences were identified.
