The high-order neural networks (HONNs) are investigated in this paper. By designing a controller dependent on the output, it shows that the HONNs can reach complete stability. Meanwhile, it also derives that the HONNs can exhibit at least 3n equilibrium points. As a special case, similar results on the first-order Hopfield neural networks can be obtained correspondingly.
