Virtual cathode (VC) formation processes in tubular relativistic electron beam (REB) in the external magnetic field are analyzed numerically using 3D electromagnetic model. It was discovered that dynamics of VC in the system is determined by the value of external magnetic field and by peculiarities of physical processes in REB.
In present work a new concept of high porous metals structures formation is described, which is based on condensation of ion-sputtered substance near the thermodinamical equilibrium. We have analyzed advantages of the technological systems with self-organisation of critically small supersaturations of depositing fluxes together with accumulation of a substance near a growth surface.
The electrodynamic characteristics of a double screen of finite thickness with coaxial-sector waveguides are investigated. Frequency dependences of the reflection coefficient are presented for the case of normal incidence of a plane electromagnetic wave upon the double screen. The reflection coefficient is calculated in dependence on the polarization of the incident wave.

The possibility of creating a 4-mm wavelengths coaxial magnetron is considered. The current status in the development and application of the short-wave part of the millimeter-wave band analyzed.
