In multilevel pulse amplitude modulation (PAM) and quadrature amplitude modulation (QAM) systems, there is a strong demand for a reliable and precise timing phase provided by the timing recovery circuit. However, reducing timing phase jitter just by narrowing the bandwidth of the timing recovery loop will decrease the capability of tracking the time variant channel. To avoid this drawback, the only...
In this paper, we introduced a method to construct controller for the synchronization between two fractional order Rossler systems. The key thought is converting the fractional order system to integer system. The controller uses general linear state error feedbacking. Numerical examples are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
In this letter, we study the chaotic behaviors in the fractional order logistic delay system. We find that chaos exists in the fractional order logistic delay system with order less than 1. The lowest order we find to have chaos in this system is 0.1. Two simple but effective feedback control methods and a lag synchronization scheme in this system are also studied.
The design of timing recovery in DVB-S2 demodulator is a challenging issue, especially with the modulation scheme of high order amplitude and phase shift keying (APSK) and the very low signal to noise ratio (SNR) near Shannon limits. This paper presents an FPGA implementation scheme which meets the requirements of DVB-S2 system. Based on some comparison and analysis, Gardner algorithm is adopted as...
In this paper, a fractional order chaotic masking scheme is proposed. First, a synchronization control system was establishment. based on this stage, a general masking scheme was applied in secure communication. Numerical examples are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
First this paper introduces a discrete Lorenz three-dimensional chaotic (Lorenz) Cellular Neural Network (CNN). Second based on a constructive generalized chaos synchronization (GS) theorem for unidirectionally coupled discrete array system (UCDAS) presented in, and the Lorenz CNN, this paper constructs a coupled GS UCDAS with 51times51times6 cells. The hyper chaotic GS phenomena of the GS UCDAS have...
In this paper, we introduced a fractional order chaotic masking scheme for secure communication. Based on the General projective synchronization of two coupled fractional Chen systems, a popular masking scheme is designed. Numerical example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
In this letter, we study the chaotic behaviors in the fractional order Mackey-Glass system. We find that chaos exists in the fractional order Mackey-Glass system with order less than 1. The lowest order we find to have chaos in this system is 0.1. Two simple but effective feedback control methods and a lag synchronization scheme in this system are also studied.
In this three-part paper, observer based projective synchronization method for a class of chaotic system is proposed. At the transmitter, a general observer is used to create the scalar signal for synchronizing; depending on whether the synchronization subsystem is linear or nonlinear, synchronization condition is theoretically analyzed. In part I, the structure of the projective synchronization method...
