Based on in-depth research on the characteristics of the current train receiving and departure operations of China's railway stations, the urgent need of traffic standardization, automation and safety control and the status quo of the construction of the traffic command system in China, the overall scheme for the establishment of a TDCS/CTC-based train receiving and departure operation management-control integrated system is proposed here and the design of the system logical structure, hardware structure and key processes and the realization of system development explained in detail. This system can realize station-level planning and management, solidified workflow, simplified route arrangement and full coverage of the various types of work based on the existing functions and equipment of the TDCS/CTC, thereby ensuring orderly connection of the various links of station train receiving and departure operations and enhancing effectiveness and reliability of train receiving and departure operations of train operators.
