Node localization is one of main support technologies for wireless sensor networks, and the location information of sensor nodes plays a key role in many application areas of wireless sensor networks. The positioning is the basis of tracking where target tracking is a fundamental application of wireless sensor network. The nature of target tracking is multi-node cooperation, and the core issue of target tracking is to efficiently process distributed information and integrate effective information with the lowest energy costs, limit communication broadband and computing capacity. Therefore, a dynamic positioning and tracking algorithm of sensor monitoring nodes is proposed in the article, given its features in the water environment, which suggests theoretical significance and practical value by simulation and experiment.
