This paper aims to present an improved traffic risk predictor, applying a fuzzy version of Harmonic Systems. The topic has many contributions from many diverse fields. From the practical perspective, there are a few tools that may be successfully used for a driver, pedestrian and cyclist risk prediction at the same time, with no extra devices. The proposed predictor can be used in any mobile device, provided a simple front end software connected to the KRONOS prototype implementing the model that is being presented in this work. The scope of this paper covers the technical description of the model, a presentation of the implemented prototype, and a small statistical analysis of the prototype's performance. Results indicate the FHS predictor is an adequate tool for risk prediction in a dynamic and complex environment and that KRONOS is a proper and lightweight simple application for risk predictions.
