A true-time-delay(TTD) element is demonstrated using on-chip stimulated Brillouin scattering. Record net-Brillouin-gain of 47dB enabled 4ns delay over 100MHz and phase-shift of ∼200°. The TTD element was validated by incorporating it in a two-tap filter.
