His letter introduces a design of quadrupler at 330GHz and doubler at 165GHz based on one stage multiplier with anti-parallel Schottky varactors. For experimental verification, there are three DUT modules: 165GHz and 330GHz two bands output passive network, high-Octave CSMRs low pass filter and multiplier module. Measurement results show that: the maximum output power is more than 5.9mW at 165GHz band and 1.4mW at 330GHz band, the driver power is about 200mW. The input 4-Octave CSMRs low pass filter (LPF) is below 90GHz (S11<−15dB), the stop band is between 147GHz–500GHz (S12<−15dB). Output passive network results are S11<−10dB at 150GHz–185GHz and S11<−10dB at 306–355GHz, and two ports isolation is better than 30dB.
