The goal of this project is design and develop an Automatic Rabbit Feeding System (ARFES) using PIC microcontroller. The smart system will help farmers to manage their rabbit feeding system become more systematic and convenient. ARFES targeted to function automatically using timer setting in microcontroller for a several days. ARFES divides into two main parts which are hardware development and software development. The hardware part includes the development of prototype and circuitry design, whereas software part consists of development of source code programming. This prototype consists of keypad, LCD Display, PIC microcontroller; pellet storage, lever and DC geared motor. The system also had been developing with Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) setting to control the speed of rotation of actuator. The keypad is use for farmers to select the delay time and speed of rotations. In addition, the ARFES is not limited to control only one DC motor in the same time but it can be more depending on the source supply to the system.
