In this paper, the static pressure test and the dynamic pressure shear test of low silver lead-free solders are carried on almighty test machine and Hopkinson compressive shear bar device respectively, and the inclination angle of the compressive shear bar is selected as 0°, 45°, 60° and 75° respectively. Through processing and analyzing experimental data, mechanical behavior characteristics of low silver lead-free solders under quasi-static and dynamic combined compression and shear stress condition can be achieved, also effects of strain rate and the inclination angle of the compressive shear bar under dynamic loads on mechanical properties of material can be got.
