This paper addresses the problem of nonlinear dynamic of system parameters to specify the design of adaptive parameters identification algorithm with respect to a globally converged feedback control of permanent magnet synchronous motor drives. In this paper, synchronization of separated physical and analytical system of similar dynamic structures is proposed for solving online parameter estimation for nonlinear permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM) models. The Lyapunov function analysis is used to assure the convergence of the proposed system performance. Simulations are presented and discussed to validate the proposed identification method. The results demonstrate that the proposed method can achieve more accurate parameter identification.
