Changes of medical models have given rise to new development of demands of society and patients for medical services, they have also raised new requirements for test teaching positioning and teaching contents. The original experimental assessment criteria no longer apply to medical testing talent cultivation in the modern society. In order to meet the needs for medical laboratory technology development and medical testing personnel in the new era, explorations should be made to develop a set of experimental assessment system close to practices and systematic specifications. The assessment system should focus on experimental procedures and experimental details, increase research and innovation experiments, fully embody combinations of knowledge acquisition, ability building and quality education, emphasize students' creative thinking and innovation ability, foster teamwork awareness and rigorous work attitudes, make use of the guiding role of the assessment system to facilitate teaching reforms, and overall improve the teaching quality of medical laboratory technologies.
