Artificial Bee Colony (ABC) is one of the most recently inspired algorithms by the intelligent behavior of honey bees. It's an efficient tool for automated Analog integrated circuits design. To improve the design quality in view of performances, robustness and cost is the basic interest of electronic design automation. Regularly, optimization is complex and depends on many conflicting criteria and diverse of design parameters. This paper explore using ABC algorithm for optimal sizing of Low Pass Butterworth filter with high optimization in short execution time. We assess the performance of ABC algorithm towards Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) and Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO). Obtained results will be verified with Spice simulation and compared to previous studies.
