The hybrid cloud infrastructure is predominantly used in both industry and academia for its reusability and scalability. In deadline-constrained applications, the estimation of application execution time is a challenging task. The factors like heterogeneity, uncertainty and provisioning time delays affect the performance of hybrid cloud environment. In this work, we proposed a hybrid cloud scheduler algorithm for addressing the above problems in cost effective manner. We evaluate our proposed algorithm with the synthetic and real-world workloads, along with the public cloud prizing model. Our approach outperforms the baseline estimators by 40% and provides a cost effective solution.
