In this work, we studied the structural changes of bovine serum albumin (BSA) that occur due to its denaturation caused by the thermal heating of the protein dispersion. The characteristic Raman spectroscopy peaks indicate the BSA conformation. Specifically, 1578 cm−1 corresponds to the native conformation, and 1608 cm−1 and 1660 cm−1 correspond to the denatured state.
