Asthma is one of the most prevalent non-communicable diseases worldwide. It creates substantial health and economic burden to patients, and affects their families. This paper presents an online to offline (O2O) system to support the treatment and management of asthma, based on individualized strategies for the overall asthma control. It uses Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) to create an asthma care system that provides the online virtual service and offline real service to support patients and medicals in the improvement of the treatment outcome.
