Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) techniques used in the 4G-LTE wireless communication standard. Huber M-estimator based robust detector for spatially multiplexing multiple input multiple output communication (SM-MIMO) systems was proposed, and investigated. Generalized Gaussian distribution was used in terms of uncertain noisy environments. The simulation results show that the proposed detector significantly outperform the existing traditional detectors in terms of Bit Error Rate (BER).
