Focusing on the disadvantage of traditional communication link management strategy, such as high communication needs and being difficult to form a global unified target track image, based on analyzing the distributed multi-node framework model and communication needs of different types of information, this paper proposes a new communication link management strategy based on node synergy. In view of the dynamic changing of node and target, the dynamic programming algorithm of collaborative nodes are also given in this paper. And in the last part, the effectiveness of the strategy is verified through analyzing communication needs and tracking error simulation.
