As for the treatment of the household waste on offshore work platforms, the design of a repeatable foldable waste disposal robot of the marine was put forward. According to its design requirements and function analysis, it was divided into four modules, the compact module, the thermal drying module, the delivering module and the solar energy module. The repeated foldable modules including the thermal drying module, delivering module and solar energy module was synthesize by using structure synthesis method along with the design concept. With the application of the architecture analysis and the synthesized design, an repeated foldable waste disposal robot of the marine which can automatically dehydrate and quickly compact was put forward. Meanwhile, the stability and sustainability of the robot's work were examined through the emulation proof providing a theoretical basis and practical applications for the exhibition-product development.
