Cylindrical dipole antenna is the basic element in antenna and scattering analysis. Here, a symmetrical cylindrical dipole antenna analyzed and measured by, 1) Analyzed by MM (Moment Method) based on NEC (Numerical Electromagnetic Code), 2) Analyzed by a separate M M program based on PWS (Piece Wise Sinusoidal) basis and PWL (Piece Wise Linear) base function. 3) Measured a typical monopole over RF ground plane in the frequency range 100 MHz to 300 MHz in the resonance frequency by Vector Voltmeter hp 8405A. In measurement, a matrix error with five error module is considered. Four error module are belong to reflection measurement set up and one error is transition to antenna error. Direct measured data are together with error. Error at some region gives negative real part impedance. After the error deembeding, the measured data are in agreement with numerical analysis. In this paper the basic concept of the moment method together with numerical and measured data is presented. A five errors module deembedded in measurement.
